My visit at the Kane Center Yesterday....

I think I complained wrong here, I meant that I had to wait for someone AFTER my appt to schedule again and get copies of my lab work and they were just all gone.  Entire office like a ghost town.  Not even a note on the counter letting people know where they were or when they'd be back.  I thought that was very  UN professional.  I will say something to them when I call to schedule my next appt. 

Yes, they did that to me when I was there for my 1 week check up after my first surgery (the same day that I ended up back in the hospital).  Announced to everyone what I owe...that should either wait until you are at the desk or in a room....oh well, can't have it all I guess and we certainly have great Dr's there at least! lol

I agree....at least one person should have been at the desk to take care of people coming in or waiting.  Sounds very strange....and having to wait around AFTER your appointment for your paperwork is totally unbelievable.  The whole scenario sounds like a baaaaaad day.
