Good Morning to all, Just taking a break between chores to get ready for a family BBQ/swim party. Not suire about swimming, its still kinda cool. But all the food is ready, and so is the yard and pool, so I am trying to get a bit of breakfast down. Our FW's aren't until tomorrow night, and we will watch them from our yard. I will have my GD here for the weekend. That is always fun, and I didn't ask her, she called me and asked to stay. Ya know, nothing would stop me from having her. She is growing up so fast.

I love to take cream of mushroom lowfat, and cream of celery soup , or cream of chicken mix 2 together and heat get me out 1/2 cup and save the rest for through the week. Its so good. I will add some veggies daily of what I had left over the day before. Which could be pureed if needed. I had some 97/3 ground beef the other day so I browned up 1 oz, with 4 tlbs on, added about 3 tlbs of some mixed veggies in my two soup mix and it was so good. I thought I would get 4 to 5 servings out of it but my some loved it and so did the GS so when I went in to heat up some it was gone. I did this with the pureed stage and it was so good!!
If you need to vent about things this is the place because no one else really understands the life changes we have made! Its like sometimes they want to see us fail again. Well with all I have been through to get here I will never be SUPER OBESE again! I shutter thinking I was called that!
