Good Morning Michelle and the rest of my Illinois Family. I hope everyone had a great weekend. Now, its time to get back into the swing of things, and get back to work, ugh,  .For myself, that means the beginning of 2 weeks from H@#@#@, But as usual, I will weather through it and it will be over. That is the only plan I have for the next 2 weeks. If I am not on in the mornings, that is the reason. Plus, I have to be at work early to get a parking space  There is a storm brewing just south of us, so we might be getting wet here in a few. Good morning and happy monday!  our 4th weekend was really very nice and relaxing!!  we didn't do too much.  my 2 year old got her shoulders a bit sunburnt but she doesn't seem to bothered by it.   my HUGE news as far as the weight loss front goes...i've been weighing myself on fridays.  well, last fridays weigh-in put me at 269 which not only means an wonderful 3 pound loss for the week but that i now need to lose less than 100 pounds!!!  =)  this is a huge mental battle for me.  rather than saying i gotta lose 120 , i need to lose 99!!!!!    Seeing that is really helping to keep me motivated!! i did pretty well over the holiday considering all the food that was shoved at me.  no potato chips & stuck to the veggies.  i even brought my own turkey burger for a bbq cause i didn't want my moms hamburgers since she puts all kinds of fatening things in them.  lol   i hope everyone has a really great day!!

Good morning everyone! I had a LONG weekend working...12 hrs Fri Sat Sun...and it was busy with a sick baby....and the NICU is busting out at the seams. I am going to be busy this week getting ready to leave on vacation Friday and we will be gone for about 10 days. Really looking forward to getting away and camping.  Hope everyone has a great day!

Good morning Michelle and my Illinois family! Hope everyone had a great week-end! Ava wanted another "sleepover" but told her no...grandpa has to go to work and the week-end is over. Those two really tired me out this week-end. I don't know how my daughter does it somedays. Today I have a few friends coming over for coffee. We haven't visited with each other for quite some time.  Have a great day everyone!

Good Morning, Everyone. I agree...back in the saddle is the word for today.  I still have to submit the paperwork for my car accident last week, but since I was not at fault, their insurance will most likely contact me first.  Taking my Greyhound to the vet after work to get his torn out nail rechecked, it's lookin' pretty good.   Hot, humid and rainy today.   Finally got our washing machine fixed on Saturday. Thursday went to Elmwood Park to see Survivor, other than that stayed pretty much at home getting home type things done. Have a great and safe day, everyone. Mary

good morning Michelle and the rest of my IL family, Not much going on for me today just cleaning the house, We did go to Durand yesterday for the outhouses race and gocart races this was the frist time going to them and we all had a good time, Hope everyone has a good day.

Boy it's gloomy outside today but at least the long weekend was gorgeous!!  I had the best weekend I've had in a long time and I am sure it's the fact that Austyn wasn't home and we spent quality time with my boys.  There was NO fighting/yelling at all this entire weekend.  I really wi**** could be like that all the time.

Anyway, back to football camp for Tyler starting today and going Monday thru Thursdays until July 31!  Rain or shine he goes.  I am going to be stopping at America's Best to see if they can beat my price for my contacts I get from my other eye place.  I am on my last pair and really need to get my butt into an eye Dr.  Tyler also has his freshman/athletic physical today and baseball practice later.

Good morning Iliinoisans!

We had a great time meeting Monica and her family. The kids were wonderfully cooperative in sitting while we chatted! Monica is a great person and we enjoyed our time together.

We talked about the On the Waterfront festival and I will do a separate entry on that so you can all considet it.

The weekend was beautiful and the temperature just perfect. If we could just keep it like that! LOL

Today I need to get busy and get everything done for the fall so I can go on vacation without worries.
