NEED REFERAL

You don't say what your need is for an  attorney, but if it is anything to do with your wls, there is someone on the main board named Vickie who is an insurance guru. I am sure if you post this there, someone will come back to you. Also  post this on the Insurance board.

 I had lapband surgery in 2007 4days later I had emergency surg because my surgon said the band perferated my stomach another  surgon told me that wasnt poss. mabey in 4 years he said it was the surgons error the first surgon told me i couyldnt have anymore wls because of scare tissue i need good legal advise thanks

I am not really aware of any attorneys that are WLS oriented. Check (via PM) with Kim M on today's roll call as she had to fight tooth and nail to get her surgery. She had her surgery with the Kane Center.

Are you saying that another surgeon other than someone from the Kane Center caused your problems? Are you hoping to have another band placed? If Dr Kane said that you have too much scar tissue he knows what he is talking about. He would not place a band in me because of the extensive scar tissue I had. Dr Kane knows what he is talking about. Have you considered RNY instead of being rebanded? I later went on and had RNY successfully.
