Sunday Roll Call

Happy Sunday morning to everyone! We have one more day to this wonderful weekend  I have my java in hand and I am a happy camper right now. I will watch and listen to the birds waking up then I will get ready to go up to the Renassaince Faire near Kenosha. But first before that we will have breakfast at a local small family restaurant and make sure we have protein in us. Dave is still doing this but not for long because he likes to watch the channel 2 news on Sunday.

I got my fabric yesterday to recover the chair seat. I took my swatch samples from the other two chairs and a small piece of my carpet. It is a stripe with a green color in it that matches the carpet exactly. The rest of the colors are golds and a small amount of beige. Looks very classy and will give just enough contrast to the plaid in the other chair. In the end they will really compliment each other. I had wanted to get a paisley but the paisley prints were too large and bold. If they had been smaller it would have been great.

What is on your plate today  Hope it is something fun with the family.

I am up and sitting here wishing I could get all the stuff done that needs to be done but I can't.  I was in a car accident and not able to do any lifting or bending yet. 

I plan on just hanging out here today and take it easy.  I have teenagers so they don't think it is cool to hang out with mom any more.

Good morning IL-having my coffee and putting on today's face( I use an air brush!!.)  I have some grcoeries to get, then wrap Nick's gift and off to his birthday soiree'.  My new grandson will be there also, and my sweet grandaughter(I haven't seen her since June!!!!).  And of course all the other grandsons-I have to raz the 16 yr. old a little about starting school tomorrow.  His sister has one more week  home, so he is taking martyr lessons!!!  I'm hoping Eddie will come with, but not counting on it.  It's his loss.  You all have a great day-Big Hugs to all-Janet K

Happy Sunday Morning, Another beautiful day today. I need to change the sheets on our bed, then I want to get outside and trim the bushes on the East side of the house. Dinner today will be either pork tenderlion or go for steaks. (Not me, pouchie doesn't want it anywhere near), I will have fish if we go. DH an SIL are still working on siding. And I need to get stuff ready to go back to work.

Chris, today is a great day to go to the Faire. It is always so magical.

Janet, tell Eddie that grandkids are fleeting. They grow up soooooooo fast. You both need to be there for them.

I know, Lisa, but he is so bogged down w/self pity he can not see beyond that.  I have done all I can, now I have to let go and let God.  I really wouldn't be surprised to come home some day and find him gone-he prays for God to take him every day.  It's sad because even w/all the impediments we both have-life is too precious to waste a minute , but he's just doesn't see it anymore.  I will have fun w/the Grands for both of us and I am going to TRY to remember a camera-what a concept!!  Enjoy your day-Big Hugs-Janet K

Good Morning IL -
It does look to be another beautiful day.  Calvin is off so we get so spend today together    No big plans.. Just doing some things around the house and getting ready for the week.  I do need to check out the job situation on-line today.  I have an interview tomorrow at 5pm.  Wish me luck!
