Fraser glad to hear your doing good.  I remember the liquid days, still have liquid days every now and again, usually when you decide to be stupid and try and eat something that is a major NO-NO!!!   Take my advise stick to the plan and all will be just fine.  I now stick to the plan and 95% of the time have no problems.  It took me about 3 weeks before I really had an appetite, but everyone is different, a friend of mine was about a week out when she had hunger pangs.  As long as we look at this as a tool we wil have no problems staying on track.  I have no doubt you will do wonderfully.  Oh by the way I use to live in Decatur.

Success begins with wise choices I make,I will not let noncompliance be my mistake, The surgery I had was to assist me in changes. My compliance is for a success long range, So I will think before I decide to cheat. Remember the goals I want to meet. For this surgery is not something I was force to do It was what I wanted for a healthy life!
