I have never heard of Dr. Cahill, where does he practice?  What hospital is he affiliated with?

Thanks for the responses.  I live in "southern" Illinois, mile marker 65 off of I-57.  I guess we all use the term differently :)

I must agree with you, I didn't know where the dividing line for the North versus the South in the big state of Illinois is located.  I am going to have to work on getting my southern friends to raise their voices here!
