Wednesday Roll Call
Good Morning Illinois! I've been MIA for the last few days. Basically I've been running around trying to get caught up on stuff at work. Last night we went to Nic's musical program at school and Meredith seemed to be the biggest fan. After every song, she would yell more, more! She was very cute. I'm still stuck at 198 but I figure it will come off when it is good and ready. I'm not over eating by any stretch of the imagination, just at a stand still. I'm looking forward to the get together on Sunday! Hope to see you there.

We have been enjoying "life without Katie" and our house is back to normal now.
Need to get going and ready for work. Have a meeting at Oakbrook PD at 1 then back home for the evening.

Hello Everyone
I'm ready to start Wednesday. I'm at work right now. It's nice and peaceful but then everyone comes in and the peace is shattered. I forgot my lunch today, damn I will have to eat out for lunch. Any suggestions for healthy lunch out. Maybe I will go to Jewel and buy lunch food. I have been so good about not eating out for lunch. I would hate to change that now.
I have nothing else going on today. I hope all of our new people keep joinong us for roll call.
I hope everyone has a nice day

Good Morning Paul and my IL family,
Paul I know what's it like to be "stuck" at a weight for a long time. I was at 195 for the last month and yesterday I got on the scale and it was 193.6. Not a huge loss, but it's going the right direction I guess. lol
I think I wasn't eating enough actually.
Today I have no real plans, just homework, housework and picking Tyler up after practice later. He has a hydration test for wrestling today and if he fails it again (this is his 3rd try) he can't wrestle in the first meet. He's totally bummed. He's drinking water like crazy and the coach told him that's all you can do. so keep your fingers crossed that he passes today!
I also have to take him to buy him some new shoes after I pick him up.
That's all around here! I hope everyone has a wonderful day and stay warm!

Good morning Paul and Illinois!
I think quite a few of us have been mia over this past month or so....it happens! I know you hate being stuck at 198, but it is sooo much better than being stuck at 220....Your body has to play catch up with the weight you have lost and the muscle you are gaining thru exercise......I know the feeling of not seeing the scale move week after week, after week. I have finally started to notice minor (downward) changes on my scale....won't get too excited til I know they are staying down....
Crystal......Do you have a Jimmy John's near your work? You can get an "unwrap". Your sandwich has no bread and is wrapped in lettuce. I had a turkey unwrap last week. Not bad!
Monica...fingers are crossed....but it's a little hard to type that way!
Hope you all have a great day!

Good Morning Paul and Illinois!
It is good to see you back Paul. I can relate to the stall. I have been on one for what seems like forever!
I keep telling myself == this will pass but I am beginning to think "Will it?"
Monica, I never told you how much I like your new hair cut! It is really cute!
Michelle, hang in there on that @#$% liquid diet. It is hard but soooo worth the effort. We are saving a seat for you on the losers bench.
Crystal, there is always Wendy's chili for lunch or a Burger King veggie burger or McDonald grilled chicken wrap minus the sauce.
Dawn == Happy belated birthday!
I am so glad Livvey is home. Hope you celebrated some yesterday.
Chris, WI sounds good. Hope you can escape soon.
Everyone enjoy your hump day!

Success begins with wise choices I make,I will not let noncompliance be my mistake, The surgery I had was to assist me in changes. My compliance is for a success long range, So I will think before I decide to cheat. Remember the goals I want to meet. For this surgery is not something I was force to do It was what I wanted for a healthy life!
Good morning Paul and the rest of Illinois!
Great to see you again Paul and don't sweat the stall......you are doing great, and looking great too! I'm glad to hear that you will be able to make it Sunday after all.
I am at work today and things are back to normal. Riley got home around noon yesterday and has a test on her bladder today (that was scheduled BEFORE the unexpected hospital stay). She should be back to school tomorrow.
My birthday was quiet and nice. Not a big celebration, but since I had actually fogotten about it for a few minutes, it was nice to have the kids hugging and kissing me and doing their chores without complaint.
My aunt got home yesterday from almost 3 weeks in New Orleans and is now ready to move on with her life a little bit. We are moving her into the highrise next Friday. I will try to go by and visit with her after work.
I volunteered to be in charge of ushers for Liv's play. That way, I will have something to do while she is performing and hopefully I will get to see the shows. We are getting pretty excited about the whole thing! She even got another part to play......she will be a gravestone in the "Christmas Future" scene. I need to stop by Wal-Mart and exchange the pants for her costume.
Glad to see all the new and old friends popping in!
Have a magnificent day!
