Did You Move To Lose Today? We we do what we do?
Hey Everyone,
I just posted my daily word about Health today and it reminded me of why we exercise
Yea, we want to look good and meet our challenges of more reps, more weights, longer distances in running. Why? Why do we do it? For our Health.. We want to live a long life and be well while doing it. Most of us have so many health issues before we lose the weight. But as the weight comes off, it enables us to do more and feel better and take less pills
I am here at the hospital with Charlie, I didn't get to exercise this morning, but did park far, took the stairs and walk the halls. Hey, I should write a post about how to workout while in visiting loved ones in the hospital
