Mortgage Loan Progress
Well, I got a call from Chase. My credit score was excellent at 798. I'm going ahead with the mortgage and will wrap up my credit card bills into my mortgage. So, I will have only one bill to pay. Now I will have to put aside the real estate tax and insurance into a separate account.
There may be light in the tunnel ahead. I have to go through a reappraisal of my house and complete the application papers. It may happen mid January. I think I'll be able to hold out until then.
Well, I'm working on one thing at a time. I felt so overwhelmed between my financial mess, my Mom, and my regain.
I've been so down for so long; it's time for me to have some better times. I must take control in all areas.
I feel blessed and loved to have everyone here as my friend!

Lucy, tackling one thing at a time certainly sounds like a good plan. It's a sign of the horrible times that someone with a kick-butt credit score can get themselves into a "financial mess." Best of luck!

Hi Nicole. I considered it a financial mess for me. Others may think it's not so bad. I am the type who doesn't like to not pay my bills in total every month!
I'm thrilled with my credit score. Yes, financial woes can happen to anyone. I was doing O****il I started to have to pay for my own surgeries.

Lucy, I am so glad that this is all going to work out for you. See sweetie, things are going to get better for you, I just know it.
We actually will be getting some financial help from Mike's mom. This way we can pay back at our own pace and with no interest too. It's nice that she's able and willing to help us out. I am really blessed to have wonderful parents and a great mother in law as well.
