Moved and Ate on 179
I thought I did this earlier, and came to edit.....oh well.
34 oz water (with iron & C)
Hot Protein Chocolate
25 oz water with viatamins
4 mugs decaf chicory with milk & Splenda
7-8 Triscuits with 2-3 Tbs cheese dip
1 Chinese chicken on a stick
1/4 c low fat cottage cheese on 1/2 c lettuce with 1 Tbs Ranch dressing
1 cup steamed brocoli
1 half of mini size Kit Kat bar-----this made my stomach upset--shouldn't have eaten it
25 oz water
Dinner is to be:
3-4 oz pot roast with green veggie
25 oz water
Hot protein chocolate before bed
I MAY do another 11-12 miles on the bike too. If so, that will be 4 days in a row. If not, this will be one of my 2 days of rest. We will see how things go when I get home.
