Sunday Roll Call

Very quiet here so far. I got up to go to church but did well to get to the living room. My knee just did not want to go and that little muscle or tendon is a lot longer than I thought it was as the pain rain half way up my thigh this morning. I put some Robb on it and was able to walk around the apartment. I think I will be able to do my exercise today but may skip it to let it heal. Always hard to know if what a pain needs is to work it out or let it rest.
Looks like we have three more days or nights of snow to come.
Keeping all of the job situations in my prayers.

Good Afternoon all,
What crazy weather we have been having! Snow blower has been working overtime here! I actually like using the snowblower, it gives me a sense of accomplishment to see all the snow get off my driveway! Brigid had been "helping" me with the snow, she loves to be outside! She follows me around and likes to push the shovel. She is like me, an outside girl! Yea!!
Yesterday was taking down all the Christmas decorations and getting the washing machine fixed, so you know what I have been up to.....LAUNDRY! I never thought that I would be excited about laundry, but I am washing everything in site! Feels good to have clean stuff again.
Tonite I am going to try to make a healthy dinner, Pork tenderloin, and veggies and mashed potatoes for the kids and Jeff. I am looking forward to home cooked food. Even if I have to do the cooking.
This week should be interesting with more crazy weather and dropping temps. Jeff and Noah are going on a "campout" with the scouts next weekend at the Field Museum, kind of like the movie "Night at the Museum" should be fun.
Next weekend is the support group meeting at ABMC! So join us if you can, it is a great meeting and a great group of people.
I am sending Pixie dust Janet's way, and hope that all of you that are fighting the "YUK" are feeling better.

I changed my ticker to reveal my newest weight loss, Im down 74 pounds! Have to keep moving to keep the scale moving!

Well, its the afternoon so I doupt anyone will read this till tomorrow.
I am doing fine. I have thrown up about everything I ate today.
I'm not sick, it is just nothing is sitting well with me today.
I went to church this AM. It was my New Years resolution to become a more spiritual person. So this is 2 weeks in a row. I really like my new church. The people are nice and the preacher is really imformative. So I am going to stay with it.
I spent about 2 hours out screwing around in the snow. We got about 8 inches I would guess. I found some roads that haven't been plowed and went 4wheeling. The new Honda is a lot different then 4wheeling in my 1976 Jeep. WooHoo, I got heat!!
Snow blowed out about 4-5 neighbors houses and some common walkways. (I live in a Duplex community. They plow the streets, but not the walks.)
I also got a couple buddies together to see if we are going to piece the racecar together this year or get another junker to race. I can't believe how good that piece of junk runs. It hadn't been started since September and still fired right up. It has been sitting in the cold all winter so far. I drove that car for about 6 years an have never had a problem. Runs like a top.
So thats about it.
I am going to drink some tea, rest my stomach, and get ready for my classes to start tomorrow.

My DH has been throwing all kinds of ideas around. He is going to talk to the former owner of the company that he now works for about his idea for a business venture (it's an internet based idea for a database of info) He is going to talk to the man tomorrow. He wants me to gather budget information, so we can see what we have to have money-wise to survive. I do truly think it would be unlikely we could keep the house, it depends on how long we can stay to pack up and get rid of stuff.
I haven't left the house since Tuesday, so I haven't experienced the cold or the snow first-hand. My DH went to shovel about 4 times yesterday. He shoveled our driveway and side-walks as well the the older lady next door to us. He did make it out to Wal-Mart down the road for a few groceries, so that was okay.
I probably won't be going anywhere until Thursday, as I expect my DH will be driving my car to work this week as much as possible, to make it easier for him. He has a sports car, which doesn't handle the snow really well.

Hello Everyone,
Sure have missed you all!!! Not much going on with me same ole, same ole. With all this snow and cold weather has got me yearning for Spring time. Please be careful when out and about. I'm saying a prayer for Janet and a quick and painless recovery, and I'm as well hoping for a TT by some time in 2010. Well I do have some good news....I have officially made it to "ONDERLAND" , as of saturday I'm 198.8...woohoo!!! I have lost a total of 108 pounds. I just had to tell you all, I can't believe I'm under 200 I can't remember the last time i was under 200.
