Perhaps I'll talk to my endocrinologist about the script for vit D. Time will tell, so far, no word of having the thyroid removed. I feel sooooo much better since I started my medication.
My mother had her thyroid removed due to thryroid cancer.
My sister had to have hers removed due to thyroid disease.
I'm really hoping medication will prevent me from having to have mine removed but we shall see.
