I had my heart ripped out today....SO SAD!!

About two weeks ago I met what I thought was an amazing man on line. We talked for  hours and texted everyday. We were getting so close. He told me that he felt like he knew me for 20 years and he was crazy about me . He seen my pictures and I told him I was a bigger girl.He said that my weight didn't matter, that I was beautiful. The day before yesterday he asked me out for Valentines I was so happy. He said he couldn't wait to kiss me and hug me......YEAH WHATEVER....So I met him last night for coffee and as soon  as he got there I can tell something wasn't right. He barely looked at me, had not much to say and left like 45 minutes after we met. No Kiss No hug. So I left, called him this morning no answer. I text him a few hours and later and asked if we were still on for Valentines. He responded back " No were not I'm sorry, your a BIG GIRL TOO BIG FOR ME" I was shocked all I could respond back was "Thanks for your honesty and I thought you were better then that" I cried all day at work, I was so sad and disappointed . Writing this now I'm in tears ans crushed. Why are people so shallow and cruel??

Boo,I am soo sorry for waht happen to u ,and not that it's gonna make it hurt n e less but , he was not the right one for because God has something better for u in store ... People can be so hurt for without thinking ...Keep ur head up .... Until the next time may God always smileon ur path....Cheroity

Im sorry that that happened to you!  Sometimes life throws you curve balls that you are not ready to catch.  But, I have come to learn that rejection is just another form of life experiences.  Please, please, please, don't get depressed and down on yourself.  I am a strong believer, that everyone has there likes and dislikes. Don't take it personal that he thought you were to overweight for him, he is allowed his opinion and desires.  Just like you have your personal likes and dislikes.  Be strong, and know that God has your back, and he will send someone just for you.  He did for me.  

As a man I am thinking, good for you. You don't need a scumbag like that in your life. It is better he shows himself now as opposed to after 4-5 years of marrage.

But I also understand the hurt.

Believe it or not, at almost 500lbs I have been turned down for my weight too. (Who'd of thought?) 

I have been turned down for jobs because my weight, and I've been turned down by women because my weight.

ANyway,

I hope the best for you, and will pray for your heart.

I hope you lose a bunch of weight after your surgery so you can do the same thing to him.

You don't need that garbage in your life.

Keep your head up sweetie..  Mean people suck.  You are a beautiful person and deserve to find someone that loves  you unconditionally.  Thru the good and bad.  I found my shining star and you will too.  He has seen me at my highest and my lowest and continues to support me as I yoyo.  Please don't let this drag you down.

I am so sorry.  What an awful person.  Remember the saying "What goes around, comes around."  People like that always get thier comeuppance!  Just sucks that you won't be there to see it happen!

Sorry to hear that this happened to you.

Humans are very visual creatures. You can chat/text forever  and still not know if that person may be right until you actually have a meet and greet.

I don't think he's being shallow.  A slimmer woman is probably his preference. Now cruel? Karma is a mofo and he was a jerk. I will wish lots of pubic lice on him.

Cheer up honey and "DO YOU" on Valentine's day. Get your nails done, massage or facial and treat yourself like a queen.

I am so sorry!!  I am so furious right now!!   People are very cruel.  I wish that I had an answer for you!

It is his loss--you are beautiful both inside and out!!  Don't let this loser make you think otherwise!!!  Walk with your head held up high!!    I give you credit for even going online.  I have not done so because I am a whimp!!  Good for you!  He won't be the last man that you meet.

Another man chiming in here.... that guy is a D##K and he did you a really big favor. The worst part is having someone like that around in your life. I am sorry that you had to go through that.
