Skin Care product
At our Rockford group last night, the subject of dry skin came up. Dry skin will sag faster than moisturized skin, you know. Properly moisturized skin will hold its elasticity better.
I found an AWESOME product. I used to have horribly dry skin, especially on my legs, where it looked like alligator skin. I have been using this product for a year or so and I could not live without it. It comes in a spray bottle and I just spray 5-6 sprays into my hand and apply to each body part. My legs no longer look like alligators and there is no greasy feeling, or waiting for lotion to "soak in" before dressing. It is rather inexpensive too.

Success begins with wise choices I make,I will not let noncompliance be my mistake, The surgery I had was to assist me in changes. My compliance is for a success long range, So I will think before I decide to cheat. Remember the goals I want to meet.
