Wednesday Roll Call
Good morning kids. Looks like the weather guys got it wrong again today, it was supposed to be chilly willy. I can put up with the clouds, but want my spring.
Dave is going to 'Jersey today into tomorrow. Later on this evening I will go speak at Dr R's pre surg seminar. I have not been there in a while and look forward to seeing Gail and Barbie. I love telling people about my PO live. When Dave and I are both there we like to climb into his pre op shorts together, some are amazed.

Morning Christine, Too funny about Dave's shorts. I just remember the first support meeting I met you too I was so amazed your so many years out and look so great. You will be giving courage and hope to a great many people today.
I'm in training all day and surprisingly the days are going fast. It is a bit hard on my diet but I try to get protien shakes in on the breaks. Lunch is Portiellos today so I'm taking my own.
Not much to say, working on some baby quilts at night, enjoying hearing the birds in the morning. Looking forward to it being light later at night so I can get in an extra walk.

Hello everyone
6 days and counting!!! I lost 9 pounds so far on this pre-opp diet. I can't believe it.
Nothing much going on here except for work. Yesterday some drunk guy mooned me when I was driving home. It made for an interesting drive home.
Well my daughter is getting ready for her spring break trip. She volunteered to go to North Carolina with a group from her school and volunteer at a wildlife refuge (specifically big cats -tigers). I'm excited for her. I told her to take alot of pictures, I will post them here. She gets to do a lot of cool things. Next year she wants to spend her spring break at a Indian reservation helping with agriculture stuff (don't ask me what she gets to technical now). I always tell her "her brains are showing" when she starts talking all this stuff I don't understand. Like her part time job as a research assistant has something to do with some kind of grass and making bio-fuel. I couldn't explain it any further. It's great though. I'm proud of her.

She will love the reservations...I worked on them for three summers and some of my life's favorite memories are from there. DO you know what res she wants to go to? I was on Pine Ridge, Rose Bud, Wind River, and Blackfeet...

Happy Hump Day! I hope you all survived St Paddy's day and enjoyed your corned beef and cabbage!
Yesterday was so beautiful it should have been declared a no work day! It was so nice to have windows open and enjoy the fresh air!
No special plans for today. I am almost done with my cubicle decorating. Just a few touches in putting everything back into place today. It was hard to work with everything scattered around and answering a call every few minutes. I went in early yesterday to get it done without calls. It was driving me nuts!
