Good Morning Illinois,
I will be leaving for work in a couple of minutes. Nothing exciting today, just glad that the sun is out and I will be driving west, not east into it.
We will be going out for dinner tonight, then tomorrow I get to play Merry Maid.

Today is my surgiversary! My how time flies when your on this exciting journey to a healthier you! I can't believe it has been a year already.
Tonight I'm going to the cardiologist with my husband. He had to wear a holter monitor for 24 hours. He never asked why or what the doc may be checking on. He gets the results tonight and I want to know what they found or didn't find. Why is it men never seem to ask questions?

Success begins with wise choices I make,I will not let noncompliance be my mistake, The surgery I had was to assist me in changes. My compliance is for a success long range, So I will think before I decide to cheat. Remember the goals I want to meet. For this surgery is not something I was force to do It was what I wanted for a healthy life!
