Hey Crystal- I hope you got my pm before you went to the doctors yesterday. My first fill with Dr. J was 4.2cc....sounds like a lot doesn't it? You can ask the next time you go in for a visit because they mark it in your chart. Sometimes my restriction doesn't kick in right awaqy.

11 pounds is wonderful. Sometimes a fill can take 2 weeks to really start to so restriction. Like Lisa said though it can take a few fills to really notice restriction.  She is also right about the fact that we do lose slower but, we do catch up.  Or all of a sudden there's 100 pounds gone and you're thinking when did that happen. Good luck and keep up the good work!

Good Morning my IL friends!

It's gonna be a rainy day it appears.  it's already raining a bit here so we'll see if Tyler has ball game to Ump at or not.  I have to run to Wal Mart to get Jacob a report cover for a social studies project he's doing and pick up some lettuce for salads. 

I will be doing homework and just hanging out today, not much going on around here!

Good morning to everyone!   I've been out this morning with a friend who is an "expert" yard saler - she found several things for her new grandson and I bought the newest John Grisham and a basket - so not a bad way to spend the early part of the morning.  I'm headed out now to our area "mushroom festival"  - work for me.  (I'm a newspaper reporter).  After that my sons and I are going to do some yard work. - it's cloudy and a little breezy here.  Hope everyone has a wonderful day!

I have been up and doing things around the house this morning.  Just getting on OH.  It is really nice here.  I have the windows open and am sitting here in shorts and loving it!  

I need to do a Wally World run and pick up a prescription today.  I also need to go looking for some shorts.  All of mine are HUGE.  I would not be caught dead outside in them and really dont want to wear them inside anymore either.  Such a fun problem to have.
