Psych eval. with medicaid

Does anyone know of a Psych dr. who accepts medicaid?  I am having a hard time finding one where i live.  I live in southern IL. and all the dr. here want from $150.00-250.00 up front and i dont have that right know.  Please help!!

I am on medicaid and had to pay out of pocket with my own psych doctor who takes my medicaid normally.  I know where I am having my surgery done at Saint Francis in Peoria they said they would take payments for my psych eval but would not accept medicaid either.  It is very hard to find one.  I know of one place that might and that is the Robert Young Center the number is 309-779-2031.  Call and ask them they help a lot of people with medicaid.

This is who I used when I needed mine for Dr. Oliphant.... he didn't require a dime upfront, and the bonus is that he came from Florida and worked w/weight loss surgery patients so he knows ALL about the good and the bad from the surgery.
