Are there any "real" doctors that actually cover plastics

Ok are there any plastic surgens that will actually take the medical card? I went to one today with a 2 hour drive. They told me I My chances were great for aproval. As soon as I got there I was told they never aprove anyone. So I guess my question is will the medical card cover plastics? I need a lower body life,thigh lift and a tummy tuck according to the doctor. I would be happy with anything they would approve me for. I did get it reccomended for medical reasons from my doctor also.

I do not know personally but I have heard that they will cover a breast lift IF you have 1 year of documented proof that you have severe rashes (irratation, heat rash, etc) and no meds will resolve it. Now, this could be false, this is only what I have heard.

I know that you may not get far, but have you tried calling them?
