Home from Surgery
I had my surgery yesterday and I am home now. Yesterday was a really rough day for me recovery wise and I am still very sore which is too be expected. I am just glad to be on the losers bench!! The dr said my surgery went great and I have been walking a lot to help recover faster. I am down 10 lbs since from the preop diet so WOO HOO! I still have the drain in which is uncomfortable but only 5 more days until it comes out.

Welcome home and welcome to the losers bench , now hold on for a ride of your life, you are going to have a great year of losing,
Congrats to you..
Congrats to you..
Success begins with wise choices I make,I will not let noncompliance be my mistake, The surgery I had was to assist me in changes. My compliance is for a success long range, So I will think before I decide to cheat. Remember the goals I want to meet. For this surgery is not something I was force to do It was what I wanted for a healthy life!
Congrats on making it to the loser's bench!
The first few days are the worst and by 2 weeks out you will be doing really good. Don't be surprised by being overwhelmed with emotions and the "what the heck did I do and regretting it to rear its head" That is NORMAL. Take one day at a time. Remember to walk, walk, walk, and sip, sip, sip. The more you walk, the faster the gas goes away. If you have any questions, remember we are here for you!
