follow up on my Heartburn

I know, I am just afraid I guess, and I am really  trying to do everything by the book. If it's needed I would do it. Right now when I wear something that compresses against the area where the problem is it must be hitting a nerve. I have a stabbing ache from where the hernia buldge is and in the shoulder neck area  all at once, so I do know the hernia has not went down yet.
