Tuesday Roll Call
Good day for me so far today.
I just got my bike back so I rode it about 25 miles today. My BUTT is sore! Long story short, but I was riding my bike in the woods the other day and jumped a big stump on the trail. (Well, almost jumped it) I broke a couple spokes and bent the rear rim. So I took it to the shop the other day to get it all fixed up. I picked it up and rode for about 2.5 hours. Had a blast. There is a trail that goes from Sycamore all the way out to St. Charles. I rode about 1/3 of it. Then turned around and came back. The path is an old railroad that was taken out and given to the Illinois Praire Path people. It is super nice, and no one is ever on it once you get 2-3 miles out of town. There are raspberries, and strawberrry plants all over the place. I would ride for a mile or so then take a break and eat a hand full of raspberries. YUMMY. Then ride another couple miles and eat some mulberries. I took my Crystal Lite Ice Tea with me in a 1ltr bottle.
I got on a scale at my mom's house the other day, and I think it is accurate.
My next doctor's appointment is a 1 year appointment and isn't until Dec. 11 so I can get the official weight.
BUT, I have unofficially lost 200lbs so far since Dec. 10th That is 200lbs in right at 7 months.
WOO HOO!
I am not gonna change my signature until I am sure the weight it right.
