Well, I mentioned it on the Tuesday roll call, but I thought I would mention it here too.

I weighed myself at my Mom's house this last weekend. (4th of July)

I don't have a scale. I always just weighed myself at the doctor's office when I went to my appointments. That way I could see the weight coming off in huge chunks.

Anyway, i weighed myself, and I am down 200lbs (based on her scale) since my surgery on December 10th.

So I lost about 200 lbs in just under 7 months.

Woo Hoo, that has to be a record.

I am slowing down though. I think I only lost about 5lbs this last week. I figure I will only drop another 30 or so lbs at the rate I am going.

So right now I am 286lbs. (Well, last weekend I was 286) Started at 486.

I will change my signature when I get to the Doctor's office to verify my weight.

I am happy today. :)

Dave, Offical or not, that was a whole person lost. And I know you never want to see him again! Keep up the great work. Any weight lost is great, no matter how much, so even a pound is a reason to celebrate.

Congratulations Dave! That is amazing! I think you may have set a record as well!. 200 lbs in 7 months is unbelievable. I would be jumping up and down for joy and shouting from the rooftops! Give yourself a big pat on the back. Whoo Hoo!

Great work Dave. Of course I am hoping that one does not have to wrangle children drive a bus and work out all of the time to lose this way. Maybe Dr. Vitello does some magic stitch.

Randy, you'll be there too. I have soooooooooooooooooooo much energy, I can't believe it.

I can't sit for more then 15-20 minutes until I have to get up and walk around.

And YES, I am the hottest Unicorn you have ever seen!
