It is normal to be nervous.  If you were not, then I would wonder if you really understood just what life changes you are about to undergo.  But they are such wonderful changes that you will wonder why did I not do this earlier!  This is such an amazing, awesome ride!  Fasten you seat belt for a wonderful adventure ahead.  You are in my thoughts and prayers.  Remember to walk, walk, walk and sip, sip, sip after surgery.  The more you walk the faster the gas will leave your body.  Good luck and we have a place for you on the loser's bench! 

THANK U , THANK U .... I know all will be ok , I am just scared ...I am have-n the open so no pre-op diet for me think GOD ... Yes my surgery is on wedsday the 15th , I leave on Monday nite so that I can spend tueday getting ready ( my head mostly I need so time to take it all in
) It is about a 4 hour drive from me I live in the St.Louis metro area . Thanks to everyone for the wonderful thoughts and words.. To the lady who's still waiting ( sorry I forgot ur name) ur time will be here soon . I know when everyone told me that I was like thank you but we will see ... It will happen , and I will be one of the people wishing u well , and telling u not to worry ... Heather girl we need to exchange number's it would be great to talk to u .....Let me know.. Thanks for the support when I was trying to distract you from being scared.  I am totally currious about everyone so I went to your profile.  You so have your hands full!  I can talk from experience.  I had my four starting at 20 and they were each two years apart.  I had two boys and two girls.  You were also talking about your daughter having surgery I hope that all has gone well with her.  There is nothing worse than worrying about your children.  Especially when you are going to have to focus on yourself so much in the up coming weeks. 

Thanks for bloging about your insurance and your problems with the dr office.  I have kidscare too so it is encouraging to see how fast they worked, even though the dr's office did not.  I found a wls dr in Springfield that takes kidscare, going to his seminar next Saturday.  Yes, hope to be posting about how scared I am soon!

I will keep both of you in my prayers and open up a spot on the losers bench for you!  Good luck next week, and remember we are here for you after the surgery for any questions you will have.  I needed this board so much after surgery and everyone here was great!  We are all here for both of you!
