It looks to be another sunny day. I wi**** would get a bit warmer, we haven't been in our pool yet. The water temp is only 78, and these old bones need a bit more warmth then that.
Heading for work in a few, Hopefully it will be quiet today. At least I am at my local office so I was able to stay home a bit later.

I am actually up early this morning!
I have a doctors appointment so that forced me to go to bed at a decent time last night.
Things are going well for me. I am going to drive to the doctors appointment. It has been 5 weeks since surgery so I think I will be OK. My first real adventure!
I am being kicked out of home physical therapy tomorrow and being transferred to outpatient. So I am making progress.
Hope everyone has a great day. I am looking forward to the cooler temps and being able to open windows again. Sorry Lisa, I don't like the ho****er. Can you get a heater for your pool? I have to agree that 78 is too cold.

I am loving this weather also---not too hot, not too cold, and sunny besides......what more can you ask for? A little more warmth for your pool, I guess. lol
We had a nice time at the Scouts' family night last night and it was good to see the boys. It was a very late night even though we did not stay for the whole program.
That is OK because today is my Friday and I am hoping to leave by 1-1:30 as I have all my time in that is allowed. That will give me time to do a few things around the house before our big "girly-girl zoo trip" tomorrow and Saturday. Liv has a bit of a cold, so I am hoping she feels better to enjoy it more. I KNOW that Riley is about jumping out of her sking waiting for the day.
By now, Cheroity and Heather are both on the loser's bench. I am wishing them well.

Good morning!
My computer has been acting up for the past few days and I think I finally got it fixed now. Driving me crazy!
I love the warm weather if I can be near water or A/C if it gets too hot. Love the sunshine! I know this weekend is going to be "cool" in the 70's. Nice weekend for the zoo and for my dad's block party which is on Saturday.
Good news about Noah. He is finally coming home on Friday after we have one more family therapy session at 4pm. If he does well, we will take him home. We arent telling him, so he doesnt pretend to be good just to get "sprung". I am so glad he is coming home, it has been too long, but I know it has been all for the best. I sure hope that we can have a peaceful rest of the summer and some family fun. Pray for us.
I went to the specialist the other day and after a very thorough exam, he decided that it is nothing serious, or so he thinks, and that it is probably caused by too much tension in that region in my muscles and ligaments. Believe it or not, he wants me to try physical therapy where they will teach me how to relax the area, and then excercises to strenghten the muscles around the area. Like super kegals he said. If that doesnt work, then he will try medications. He is also doing a cystoscopy in Sept to make sure it is nothing pathological. Why are we waiting til Sept? I think that is when he has the time to be honest. Im so sick of dealing with this, that I just took the apt and said thank you. Now I am dealing with the aftermath of the "exam". One part is that they put a catheter in to see if there is any residual urine in your bladder after you go. So now I am sore from that too. Ok, I know, TMI! That is all I will share. So is there an answer? Not really, is there something to worry about? He says no, so I guess I am satisfied. Moving on............
Sat is my dad's block party so that will be good to have something to do as a family especially for Noah. I am going to face paint at it, so more victims to practice on so I will have more faces for A Day at Rock City!

Just stopping by to say..Happy Thursday. I am at work--actually on lunch so I thought that I would lurk around.
The weather has been pleasant, but I wi**** were a bit warmer too. This Saturday I am going to see Rascal Flatts-they are playing at Wrigley Field, so I hope that the weather is slightly warmer. Now, I don't need to roast,,,but a bit warmer would be nice. I really should just hope for sunshine and deal with the temp.

We we are finally home in hot Florida. I went to the beach yesterday around 6pm and the water temp was a cool 95 degrees!!!!! That is a lot better than what Lake Michigan was.....
No news on the wedding front for my daughter. jared is waiting to get a ring before he proposes to her. So I am waiting waiting waiting.
Going for my thyroid blood test shortly here. Had to find a lab that would take my insurance since my dr office isnt drawing blood anymore except if you have an appointment!!!!! We shall see if they dont get my vein. If they dont Ill tell the doc they have to do it at her office!!!!!
