Appointment Tuesday

Hello Everyone,

Through much consideration, I have decided to seek services from University of Chicago Medical Center.  My session  is Tuesday, and my 3 hour counsltation is Aug 12th.

I am soo excited to being the process again! I would like to buddy up with someone who have had their surgery at University of Chicago Medical Center or in the process like myself.
