Good morning Christine and Illinois!

The hubby had to work this morning so I have some free time.
We want to see CouplesRetreat this weekend. Guess we will be going tomorrow. Have a few small errands to run. I need to find a winter coat so I'm going to hit the resale shops.

When I took the dog out this morning the frost was vey heavy. Steam was rising from the pond. It looked eery.

Hello all.

I am at home finally. got home last night. slept ok. still a lot of gas pain but im working through it.

Gonna try to go to the store today. We will see how that goes.

Crystal, sounds like your are progressing on schedule. I cannot relate to the gas as I had open. My sister had lap RNY and she experienced the same as you with the gas.

I cant tell you how much money I would have given to burp or pass gas after surgery!    Hang in there it does go away.  I found that the more I moved around and walked, the better I felt.  Some people also find it helpful to lay in bed and bend their legs up to their chest to help move the gas out.  Good luck and here's to burping!
