Wow, I am so sorry to hear about your loss. I can't even imagine how this must feel. I know you have been going non stop since surgery but please try to rest, it is hard but you need to rest.

Dear Rosie,

I can't say it any better than Nancy did, I can only imagine how horrible this is for you.  I'm praying for you during this terrible time.  I had my surgery around the same time as you, so I know that just taking care of yourself is overwhelming right now.  I hope that you can ask some loved ones for help in taking care of  YOU, remind you to drink your shakes and your fluids, and take your vitamins, even though these are the last things on your mind.
