Wednesday roll Call
Good morning all!
Thank a verteran today!
Another fun day at work planned :( I woke up this morning at about 3:30 thinking it was Saturday and was very excited for about 30 seconds when I realized it was only Wednesday and I only had another 2 hours to sleep! Sad.....
Thinking of Omar and Georgie today. Hope they are feeling OK.
One of the most impressive displays of respect on Veteran's Day that I have ever witnessed was in Heathrow Airport. As we all know London was the center of nasty air raids during WW II. At 11am on Veteran's Day they observe silence for 3 minutes by EVERYONE and no one moves a muscle, you stand in place during the observance. England takes this day very seriously due to what they lived through and they want to make sure that no one ever forgets it. Freedom is very important to them as it is to this country.

I just replaced my recliner a few weeks ago with a new ellyptical.. (I know I did not spell that right). I tried to talk Calvin into getting rid of his too so we could put the treadmill where his is but he was not budging. Oh well. I just love the ellyptical and it seems to be helping the scale move in the right direction. I guess it's a cobination between, working out w/ the trainer, really focusing on my food intake and working doubles. It's working. I'm so happy.
Have a blessed day everyone!
