Hello Everyone,

I am officially switch as of 2 weeks today. I have some minor issues with the blood thinners, but I am okay now.

I am having some trouble with  nausea. If anyone have any suggestions please let me know.

I have lost 35 lbs in 2 weeks....WOOOO HOOO! I am excited about that of course.

I am still a bit sore...but each day gets better and better.

I have some trouble with taking my vitamins, because they are TOOOOO big. This morning I ordered from Bariatric Advantage, hoping to get some help with that.

Thanks for all the support with my process, from getting approved to the days before the surgery.

Take Care,

Tonya

I am SO glad to hear that youare doing well.

Congratulations on the wieght loss and YES, it DOES get better a bit each day.

I can't really help with the nausea, but I STILL cut any vitamins or pills that are too big or use chewables.  I stick to the "no bigger than a pencil eraser" rule with all pills.....works for me!

Tell someone that you love them!

Thanks! I have never heard of that rule....but a good one to go by.

I just ordered vitamins from Bar. Adv. I am hoping that those will go down easy, or I am able to chew.

I think the biggest problem I have is the pills and the nausea. I am doing pretty good with food, the plumbing...LOL

I think you got some good advice on the DS board to this same post...but just in case I am remembering wrongly...check with your doc about some anti-nausea meds for now, until the anesthesia works its way out of your bod completely. A simple prescription can do wonders!
