Hello Illinois Buddies,

I'm so excited, happy, and grateful to report that today the scale said.......
299 lbs

I haven't weighed under 300 for 5 years! That makes 51 lbs total loss so far. I promised myself a massage when I got to 50! So much better than rewarding myself with food, right?
