There are many tracking tools online to help. www.sparkpeople.com and www.thedailyplate.com are the two that I have tried. I prefer The Daily Plate, but like them both.
Hopefully this will make it a bit easier and you can track excerise too!

Good Evening Carol and Everyone else
Carol, you posted before I got to tell you that Holy family is a really good school. I know people who's kids go there and they are very satisfied. Also, I did some teaching in there and the teachers and principal were wonderful. If you move to Oglesby, we will be closer together and might even get together lol. One thing to watch on Oglesby is I am told they have high property taxes. I can understand your being upset with the combination of the schools. That really surprised me as I thought each of the schools had full classes to begin with. We went through the same thing here in LaSalle a few years ago when LaSalle Catholic and St Pat's combined.
Today was a good day for me. I had physical therapy and a doctor appointment this morning then off to work. It was my supervisor's 25th anniversary of work so we had a potluck for her and gave her gifts. She was really touched and everyone came through for a change with really yummy food. I ate way too much and suffered afterward. Will I ever learn???
I am so glad that tomorrow is Friday. Hope everyone has a great day.

Missed ya'll fellow Illinoians!
Been busy with eldercare, childcare, self-care, civic duties, and clientcare. I swear to god, it's been busy. And while I hated missing out on everybody's news and wisdom, I didn't stop my march toward WLS and my "new way of life." Here's to catching up now!
Right before I got swallowed up in the deluge, I was given some great advice about exercise. I was told it's not a matter of "finding time," as much as a choice of "making time." Why, yes. Yes there is a difference. ;) --- as I'm sure you all know.
So, that's progress amid my two steps forward, one step back journey.
Will "make time" to show up here, too.
