Looking to support group in Western Burbs

Hello everyone - I had Lapband surgery 2 weeks ago today! The hospital in Elgin has a support group every other month, but it's an hour away. Im going to go to it tonight, but Im trying to find something closer to home - maybe Aurora, Naperville, Bolingbrook, even Joliet??
Please let me know where the groups are out in the burbs!

Silver Cross Hospital in Joilet has a bariatric program and I do know that there are several members of this board that have had their surgery with the doctors there. http://www.silvercross.org/about/managed_care.htm 

Silver Cross Hospital in Joliet has a support group the last Wednesday of each month.
