Good morning Chris and the rest of Illinois!
I am working today then home to pot roast in the crock pot.
Tonight is Liv's opening night in the school musical. Performances tonight, tomorrow night and Saturday night. We are attending tomorrow night.
She is happy enough about it. The school does not have the best program, and the teachers/directors are very discriminatory, but she loves theater and is doing her best. That's really all we can ask!
I am looking forward to the weather getting better in time for the Christmas Tree Burn on Saturday night.

The Christmas Tree Burn signals the TRUE beginning of Spring and the backyard fire season in Rock City. My husband is affectionately known as "Todd, Todd the Fire God" in the neighborhood!
This year, we have 3-4 trees, 6-7 wreaths and a bunch of roping so far. I think a few more trees will be there before Saturday too!

Glad you're having an easier week at work, that sure makes a difference.
Best of luck to Liv, Dawn and I'll keep my fingers crossed for good weather Sat night.
Exciting news for me, I spent the entire night in bed last night. It felt so good. Even could sleep on my side a little. Things are better each day. The eating is still going very well so I sure hope that continues.
Slow day for us here, I need to go to Joann Fabrics sometime today or tomorrow to pick up another pattern for the flower girl dress for our granddaughter. The practice one I made her is way too big so I need a smaller size pattern. Probably just more jewelry making and knitting. Are all of your flower gardens exploding?

I remember SO well that first time back in bed! I think I was in my recliner for a couple weeks before the pain allowed me to sleep in bed. It WAS awesome. So glad you are getting better!

Good Morning to All of you.
Did we miss summer? I thought when I got up this morning I was going to freeze. I am now sitting here with a pair of socks on, a sweat shirt and jeans. I know its spring, because the trees are leafing out and the flowers are starting. As well as the weeds and dandilions.
This morning is home chores. I have gotten the Bedroom picked up and the sheets changed. The dirty sheets are already in the washer. I want to work on a couple of more rooms and pay bills today. Then go do some errands for DH.
What is everyone else doing?
