Monday Roll Call
Revision on 04/19/13
Good Morning,
It's Monday Randy. No one wants to get up and go to work.
I am at work, the last week before a a 5 week break, I am so looking forward to it. Then work for 2, maybe 3 weeks and then off until Sept.
Didn't do much yesterday, went for a walk. Nearly died from the heat.
OK, not really.
Tonight after work am going to Bloomington, to a Tea being put on by the Rainbow Girls, which our DGD belongs to. I am looking forward to it.
Have a great day.

Good morning Randy and the rest of Illinois!
I am at work and the temp in here is already 77 with no AC. I am pretty sure the boss will not be turning it on as some people go by the calendar, NOT the actual weather. My husband is the same. I was trying to explain to him last night that running umpteen fans probably doesn't use any less electricity that the central air, but no luck.
David and I had a BLAST at the concert on Friday night. I am still hoarse. I also got a pretty good workout dancing for hours on end. Then, we walked around looking for a pizza place I had found on the Internet. We walked probably a half mile out of the way before I decided we would turn around. We finally found it and they had THE BEST New York style pizza I have EVER had. It took me 3 meals to eat my slice. David had 3-4 slices, and got full, but wanted to bring the remaining (mostly crust) home to eat later, it was that good! We did not get home until 3 am, due to the fog.
Saturday, we slept in some, then I went out and got my flowers. My, my.....I spent about $ 150.00 and didn't get most of what I wanted. I will try and make do. I got about half of the containers planted yesterday and hope to finish today and tomorrow. I sure do enjoy them throughout the season, but always forget how much work it is in the beginning.
Everyone have a splendid day!

Last summer was so great. I ran the AC maybe two days at this time and then maybe a dozen days scattered throughout. I should have run the AC yesterday afternoon but I was being hardheaded and enjoying my balcony way too much.
I think I stood too long on Saturday and my left leg let me know about it.
