Friday Roll Call
I added a calorie tracker to my phone so if I'm out an about I know what I'm getting.
Except I didn't like that it doesn't take oz. only cups. I guess I should of browzed more when I'm on this site, an today I'm like they really need one of those , and boom there it was.
So I'm learning, slowly very slowly everything that is on here. An I really like it alot, So now I know I'm really getting my proteins now. Very interesting, and it saves the meals, but I think I will still keep track on paper simply because you never know when the power will go out and you have some way to still keep track of things.
As many storms as we have had, anything is possible.

Happy Friday and I hope everyone has a great weekend! I am loving getting home early! I made it through a week of training. We went on the phones this afternoon and I managed to survive so I guess, I will live. So much new stuff to remember! My head is full!.

We had them as kids. That brings back memories! Have fun at your party. It it amazing just what triggers memories. Once I saw the wienermobile tooling down an interstate in Indiana.
We got the nasty storms this afternoon. Fortunately they hit before I left for home. Did not get wet. Rain over with. So all is well. Hope everyone does not get any damage.
