Thursday Roll Call
Good Evening!
It is almost Friday! I can't wait for the weekend. No special plans but time off from work. Yea! Each day I am learning more and more about my new position. I like it but there sure is a lot to know and remember. It will all come together eventually. Each call right now is somewhat of a challenge but that will pass. No regrets on changing positions--just a high learning curve.
I sure have enjoyed the beautiful weather.
Chris I am glad you are getting rid of Lake Bennet. I am sure that is a huge relief!
Carol, good to "see" you again.
Lisa, I hope it is not too long before your yard is finished.
Nicole, hope the drains get taken out. That has to be miserable.
Jackie, glad you are getting some relief from the super hot weather. I can remember how hard it was to sleep. My recliner was a nice bed for awhile. Also if it is extremely painful to drink liquids, let your doctor know. It may be signs of a stricture.
Crystal, enjoy that new washer! It is such a nice convenience!

Hello everyone!
Wow I'm am never so glad for Friday to come! I only had to work 4 days, but they were like 10 days compared to my 4. It's really hard going back full time after being off for 5 weeks.
Today we had a 4th of July Celebration at work. Let's face it, we get the fattest at the work parties, because we have to celebrate anything an everything. I did real good. I had already prepared my meal before hand, so, it didnt' really bother me. I did have some watermelon, which was very juicy and good.
I talked to Jackie yesterday, she had just finished eating her horrible ice chips for the dye
to make sure the pouch wasn't leaking. Other than that she sounded alot better than I did. Of course she's wondering the same thing I did after surgery why did I do this to myself. I told her that will go away in 8-10 days. An she will start thanking herself. She was up and walking the halls, yesterday as well.
