Jackie, that sounds good. How much of it is considered a serving for a stage 4 + patients? I would not even be able to get all that in let alone with crackers or tortillas. On the side of a pink salmon can out of the can it states that 2oz of it is 13g of protein. With the combo of the cottage cheese and the salmon to be 13g of protein it must be just under 2 oz of salad.

Happy Friday Eve!  I am glad the week is almost over.  I do teach a class on Saturday but then I have Monday off so I still get a weekend too!  Such a deal.  

Crystal,  What a wonderful surprise last night    You had to be excited.  I am so glad that Amanda and her boyfriend stopped by for the night. 

Mary, Congrats on the surgery date!  I am happy for you.  

Lisa, your comment about phone bills being higher that house payments got me thinking.  I always talk about cars and how we spend the same amount of money for a car that we used to pay for a house but now we pay the car off in 3 - 5 years and we took 25 - 30 years to pay for the house.  Kind of mind blowing when you think about it.  

I had someone who was going to come look at my scooter tonight but had to cancel on him.  I went out to get it ready and it will not run.  I think there is a connection loose.  I am going to have to find someone to look at it before I can sell it.  I don't think it is a major problem but it needs to be solved before I sell it.
