Please come on here everyday  and join us.  We have a very friendly bunch here.  We talk/ complain/ brag about everything not just weight loss issues.  We also have get togethers once in awhile.  So please don 't be a stranger and I hope to see you on here regularly.

Hi Crystal,

I have the VERY same problem.  I hate to exercise.  In fact, I got a free week in the mail of a fitness place in Manteno, went one day and then every day I was going to go after work, I talked myself out of it.  I finally told me friend, "I'm done.  I'm 58 yrs old and all I'm doing is making excuses NOT to go.  I don't need the stress!"  LOL.  I have been trying to walk some more outside, and I do have the WII fitness still in it's case - never opened.  How stupid is that?  BUT, I know I need to do it, as, like you, my wt. loss is slowing down quite a bit and exercise would prbly jump start it.  Im thinking maybe I can do some once, mid week, and then maybe on the weekends, with time being a little more flexible and plentiful.  I figure some will be better than "none"!  Good luck and let me know if you find a "magic" answer!!
