I am from Effingham, Illinois, 100 east of St. Louis on I-57/I-70 . Had my RNY on 05-04-2010, St Alexius Hospital St Louis Mo, Used medicare for surgery. I have done great so far. Down 120 lbs sincew surgery. Pic in profile, started at 380 this time last yea, 255 to 260 right now
