I guess you can say that every doc/program has their protocol. When you look at 1, 3 or 6 months to take something it is not too bad.

Well, I figured I would take them for a while and see what happens. Dr. Joyce doesn't prescribe the potassium any more. Which is a good thing I guess.

Oh, Lori, count your lucky stars on that potassium. It was so nasty, had to hold my nose to get it down! Best of luck to you, you're in great hands with Dr. Joyce. Their program really works. I'm already below my goal and my friend who had surgery with Dr. Lahman on the same day as me has lost about 150 pounds already at not even 10 months.
