Tuesday Roll Call
Good morning!
Yesterday was good-we are really busy at work so I will be thrown right back in! We are opening some new Dunkin's in WI so I will be spending some time there. Which is good since my family all lives there!
Today is a little cold this morning here, but it's going to be a sunny day! Maybe spring is coming?
It looks like Charlie has another eye infection. UGH!
The husband made me dinner last night. We had some seared tuna salads. Very yummy!
Ok, off to shower. Already on the treadmill. This is amazing I actually got up and got on it this early!

Hello everyone
I'm really ready for some warm weather. I walked out this morning and it was cold...brrrr. On my way to work I got stopped by a train...I hate that!!!
Yesterday for my before workout snack (40 minutes before) I decided to have apple slices and peanut butter. It was so yummy I guess maybe I ate one too many apple slices. Well the serving was 1 1/2 cups...I had about that. Well it was too much and I felt those darn apples in my stomach the rest of the night. Especially when I was jogging. I could feel apples jumping around in my tummy. So today I am going to have 3/4 of a cup. Hopefully that will be not too much and not too little...just right. I have to tell you guys though this before workout snack is great. It really does give me more energy to push myself harder. So if you guys are working make sure you eat a small snack a little before your workout. The snack should be ri*****omplex carbs and protein.
Nancy- I am so glad you are getting your surgery. I hope it relieves all of your pain and you can start being as active as I know you want to be. And 3 months off...ahh that would be great.
Christine- I hope your UTI is feeling better those things are awful.

I am working today. This is my "middle of the week", since I only work 4 days a week.
I am so tired of winter. I know the calendar says April, then why is the furnace still running and wearing sweaters instead of short sleeved tops?

Thanks ladies, I hope I feel better soon also. I actually feel worse today. Yesterday evening at about 7pm I decided to call in sick for today and it was a good decision. Seeing that we are 24 hrs I was able to call in then and not wait until the morning. I am just going to lounge around and watch the Decorah bald eagles. http://www.ustream.tv/decoraheagles The third egg is supposed to hatch in the next couple of days. There are two eaglets already being fed by mom and dad. This is better than the other reality shows on TV. This is God's nature at its finest. Be sure to read the FAQ's below the web cam picture. Dave and I can already tell the mom and dad apart by size and head shape. Turn your speakers up because you can hear the traffic noise, the wind blow and other birds sing.
