Friday Roll Call

I am around and trying to stay warm. I refuse to turn the heat back on.

Lisa, I am ready to get rid of the boot but there are still times the top of my foot hurts when I walk without it in the morning/night. I go back to the doc in 1 1/2 weeks. I will see how it feels. If I were to go back today I would tell her that I do not think it is healed.

Randy, myself and the others invite the newbies to roll call frequently. I have no clue why they do not come in. As for me yard work is occupying a lot of my time.

Nancy, have fun at the auction.

Dawn, don't pu**** and keep the leg elevated as much as possible. Enjoy your freebie weekend when you go.

I just want to keep the promise I made my self. I must check in or I will fail again. I walked a lot today with my daughter shopping. We chose to not use shopping carts to make our shopping more of a work out. My new hip aches. my shoulder is hurting down into my neck and on the right side of the chest. I go back for a follow up next week maybe I over did it. Tomorrow I shall rest! enough of me whining.
