Having my first cup of Joe at work and waiting for the copy machine to warm up. Fast fly by. Not much going on. Need to do some housework tonight. I got all of my outside plants bought yesterday. Next Saturday I pick up some other flowers that were ordered from the garden club.

Fast one for me also.Also drinking my morning coffee, while I am on here.

Will be heading for work shortly. I need to switch cars with Hubert today. He needs to go see his heart Dr. this morning in Spring Valley. Ya know he wants the SUV instead of taking his car.

Then, heading to Bloomington tonight. Morgan made Honor Society, and tonight is the reception for it. Grandma and Grampa are very proud od her.

Tomorrow, just playing Merry Maid . Then Sat. evening heading to Yorkville for dinner with Annette and Rick for Mothers Day

Good Morning Everyone!

It is Friday for me!    I am looking forward to 3:30 pm when I can go home.  I started getting a sore throat yesterday and today it is worse with a runny nose as well, so I am sick   Hope it doesnt last long.  I am sitting here sippin a slushy as it feels good on the throat. 

Chris, you need to find the app for one of those count down clocks.  That way you will always have and accurate time frame toward retirement and can watch the time get closer and closer!  Have fun?? with your housework tonight.

Lisa, Congratulations to Morgan for making honor society!  I am sure you are extremely proud of her!  I also figure you are counting down the time until the end of May when you get the summer off!  I hope you dont plan too many projects this summer.  Enjoy that pool and your family.

Sam, you have a beautiful horse!  I am jealous.  I love horses.  What a great exercise companion!

Randy, I hope you get some positive news today or at least some answers.  It is not good to be in the dark trying to figure out what is going on.  How frustrating.  You feel miserable and all you want is for them to fix it!

Crystal, I am hoping you have some fantastic news today!  Also glad to hear that you are able to relax some.  You WILL find a job soon.,  Hang in there.

Hello everyone

I am just sitting here relaxing...of course it seems I do that a lot lately.

Yesterday I came up with the idea of looking up the employers of Champaign County.  I found a great list.  I found the company's website and looked to see if they were hiring for anything.  Sometimes companies post jobs on their website but not on job-boards.  I found a couple places to apply doing that.  I am eventually going to run out of ideas.  I feel like I need to apply to at least one job a day. 

Then I got a phone call from the property manager.  It seems they need to show perspective tenants what the remodeled units look like.  I have a remodeled unit and they really like how I nice I have my place.  So they asked if they would be able to bring people over to show my place.  For that privilege they are going to take $100 off my rent!!!  This couldn't come at a better time.  It's not much but every little bit helps.  all that praying is paying off and God is sending me a little bit help. 

Well off to eat breakfast....see ya later.

 Hurrah for the $$$.  Yay God.

Randy-  That apartment was in Oswego...no where near Chicago.  Try chicagoapartmentfinders.com  you might have some luck finding something there.  They show smaller apartment buildings not just the big high rises.  You can filter by nieghborhood too.
