Is this normal?
Hi Everyone,
Just want to make sure I am not losing it.
My mind not pounds
I am seeing a pattern I don't like. I didn't lose anything for 3 weeks then lost 6 pounds the fourth week. Now I am back to not losing one pound. It's been 2 weeks. Is this pattern normal? I don't know
I get in around 80 - 90 grams of protein a day, I work out at the Women's Workout Express.
Walk on the treadmill
and get my vitamins and water in.
If you tell me this is normal, I will cool my jets
But man oh man, this really sucks

I hate to tell you this ...
But
You're normal
You're doing everything that you're supposed to girl! As long as you're not taking in stuff you shouldn't be .. which I doubt you are ... you're good! Your body is just adjusting. I didn't think I'd lose a pound this weekend because I ate a lot of food, or so it seemed! All healthy, just food I hadn't tried before. And I came back home 2 pounds lighter
