Post-op-friendly PCP in Chicago?

Hi there, I'm a six-month post op and I'm looking for a WLS-knowledgeable primary care doc or internist. My PCP doesn't really know much about post-op WLS issues, and it'd be great not to have to explain everything to someone. Any suggestions, names much appreciated. Thanks!
