BC/BS IL Lap Band

Has anyone had any experience trying to get lap band approved through BC/BS IL PPO? Thanks!

Lap Band on 10/29/04
Hi Tim I am from Il but I have BCBS of MN., You should post this on the Lap Band board, but I think you can probably get approved with them. Tina
