Dear friends, my first mistake today was stepping on the scale!! I haven't lost a single pund in 7 days!!! I'm whining now. I do everything i'm supposed to do....60 gms protein and 64oz h2o. I don't take in more than 600 calories a day...not by choice but i feel full with my three meals. What's a girl to do? I won't be albe to make it to support group Thurs in M'boro since my son has a wrestling match and my husband can't go...so it's up to me. Kepp me updated as to what happened and take good notes. I so wanted to be there. Let me know the next group date, too. I guess i'm finished now.....sorrry to be this way!! Better next time. Andrea

Check your inches. I've heard when the scale doesn't move, most people usually lose inches during that time

I agree on checking the inches. This has happened to me a couple of times and without fail its inches im loosing. Also are you exercising? And check with your nutrionist,600 calories isnt a lot and you may need to increase that. Its good your getting your protien in though. Hang in there it will start to move again. Giovanna 250/215/130

2 things. My surgeon told me that the home scales are really inacurate especially at the higher ends. Also have you been exercising, maybe you're building some muscle... Good luck!

Andrea... sounds like plateau time, they are a natural part of losing weight the only thing you can do is increase or change your exercise routing make sure you do the vitamins/protien/water... It will end soon, dont let your self get depressed about it... accept it and just keep up the good work.. My son wrestles too!!! He's in High School and since his father was an olympic wrestler my poor kids were doing double leg take downs before they would walk.. LOL Hang in there this will pass... It will be ok!!!!
