Hello anybody out there?


Sorry, I was away from the computer.
Right now I do:
Flinstones chewables (2x day)
Biotin (2x day)
B-complex 100 (1x day)
I chew my flinstones while getting ready to go out.
I crush my biotin and b-complex and put them into my Matrix Chocolate Protein Drink in the morning and in the night.
I also do Pepcid Chewable until APril.
Then I'll do my calcium.
